Online Student Registration: Preschool - 12th Grade

Student Registration:  New Laconia Families
Please use this registration process if you DO NOT or HAVE NOT had a child registered in the Laconia School District.
The following documentation will be needed to register.  Documentation for Proof of Residency, Birth Certificate, Immunization Records, and Physical Exam Records can be uploaded during the registration process.
Proof of Residency - To prove residency, please upload one of the following:
  •  a utility bill (electric, water, heat, etc) with parent/guardian's name and address.
  •  a signed lease agreement or mortgage statement with parent/guardian's name and address.
  •  a tax bill with parent/guardian's name and address.

A cell phone bill or a copy of your license will not be accepted as proof of residency.

  • Birth Certificate - Official Copy (not a hospital copy).
  • Immunizations Records  - Please provide the School District with a current copy of your child's immunization records. ​
  • Physical Exam - This will need to be an up-to-date exam (within the last year). Students cannot participate in the summer program or begin school in Laconia Schools if these records are not on file.
Student Registration:  EXISTING Laconia Families
​Please use this registration process if you HAVE an EXISTING student enrolled in the Laconia School District. (If you have had a student registered in the Laconia School District in the last 4 years & have an Alma account, please log in to that Alma account to begin the registration process).
