• In order to register your child, you will need a copy of their birth certificate, their immunization & physical exam records and Laconia proof of residency.  Please complete the online registration process, upload the supporting documents (preferred method) listed above and complete the "Additional Online Documents" found in the gray box on the right below.

To begin the registration process please log in to your EXISTING Alma account.

  • Please complete the 2024-2025 Acceptable Use Form &  Laconia School District Computer/iPad Agreement, Procedures for Internet Use & 3rd Party Sites Release  to cover student using district PCs, Laptops & iPads. 
    
  • ​This consent form must be completed each year and covers students from July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025​

Proof of Residency:

• ​ Utility Bill (gas, electric, water), or a ...
• Rental/Lease agreement/mortgage statement, or a ...
• Tax bill
• All documents must be current and have the Parent /Legal guardian's name on it (a driver's license or cell phone bills will not be accepted as proof),  
• Copies of drivers liscenses or cell phone statements are not acceptable proofs of residency.
• Birth Certificate - Official Copy (not a hospital copy).
• Immunizations Records - 
• Physical Exam - This will need to be an up-to-date exam (within the last year). Students cannot participate in the summer program or begin school in Laconia Schools if these records are not on file.
