Online Registration for  EXISTING Laconia families with a student already enrolled in a Laconia School.

  • ​If you DO NOT have EXISTING students enrolled in the Laconia School District  STOP , go back to the ​​​SAU home page and select the  New Student Registration for families NEW to the school district.

  • Documentation  needed for online registration is listed at the bottom of this page including: Proof of residency, Birth Certificate, Physical Exam & Immunization Records.​i

  • ...click your profile icon (upper right corner) and click Alma Start.
  • Add student (lower left corner) to  your existing account.​
Detailed directions below. ​
     Select a process:
  • Select School , School Year and Grade Level student is entering.
  • Click Select
  • Fill out all student information. DO NOT use auto complete when filling out these forms.  
  • Click: Confirm Validated Address,  Add Student,  Save Student
  • On the next screen take a moment to read more about Laconia's Attendance Zones & what is considered when placements are made outside of these attendance zones (attendance zones are in place for our elementary schools, this does not apply to Laconia Middle School & Laconia High School).​
  • Click Begin New Process (upper right corner).​
Active Process
  • Click Complete the following forms & tasks.​
  • On the next screen click the Registration Form.
  • At this point you can click SAVE to exit the registration process & return to it when time allows.
  • Go to Alma Start (sau30.almastart.com) to reopen your saved registration process. ​
  • To complete your regisration don't forget to click SUBMIT, click Yes, Submit

  • Here you can upload your supporting documents or they can be dropped off in person at the buildings noted below.

  • Registration is not considered complete until all supporting documents are uploaded or delivered to the: 
              *   SAU: for Grades Preschool - 5th
              *   Laconia Middle School: Grades 6th  - 9th 
​              *   Laconia High School: Grades 9th - 12th 
** The following documentation will be needed to register.  Documentation for Proof of Residency, Birth Certificate, Immunization Records, and Physical Exam Re can be uploaded on the registration form. 
Proof of Residency - To prove residency, please upload one of the following:
  •  a utility bill (electric, water, heat, etc) with parent/guardian's name and address.
  •  a signed lease agreement or mortgage statement with parent/guardian's name and address.
  •  a tax bill with parent/guardian's name and address.

  • A cell phone bill or a copy of your license will not be accepted as proof of residency.

  • Birth Certificate - Official Copy (not a hospital copy).
  • Immunizations Records - Please provide the School District with a current copy of your child's immunization records. ​ 
  • Physical Exam (not needed at Laconia High School)  This will need to be an up-to-date exam (within the last year). Students cannot participate in the summer program or begin school in Laconia Schools if these records are not on file.
