NEW Student Registration: 2025-2026
Preschool Registration:
- Please register in person at the SAU, 39 Harvard St. Laconia NH (You will need to provide a copy of your Child’s Birth Certificate, Immunization Records, most recent Physical Examination and Your Proof of Laconia Residency).
As part of the registration process, the Laconia School District requires the following documents to be uploaded:
- Proof of Residency
- Birth Certificate,
- most recent Physical Exam, and Immunization Records.

Copy of Proof of Residency: To prove residency, please upload one of the following:
* a current utility bill (electric, water, heat, etc) with parent/guardian's name and address.
* a current signed lease agreement or mortgage statement with parent/guardian's name and address.
* a cuttent tax bill with parent/guardian's name and address.
* A cell phone bill or a copy of your license will not be accepted as proof of residency.
Copy of Official Birth Certificate: Please provide the District with an official copy or your child's birth certificate, a hospital copy is not an official copy.
Current Copy Physical Exam Records: Please provide the School District with a current copy of your child's most current physical exam. This will need to be an up-to-date exam (within the last year). Your child cannot participate in the summer program or begin school in Laconia Schools in August if these records are not on file.
